  1. What do I have to do to sign up as an Employer/Employment Agency in JobsLocator?

    1. Download the JobsLocator app on the PlayStore/AppStore.
    2. Sign Up by providing the following information:
      1. Company Name
      2. Unique Entity Number (UEN) and EA License No, if you are an Employment Agency.
      3. Contact information-mobile number, email and contact person
      4. Password

  2. I am an Employment Agency. Can I sign up for JobsLocator?

    Employment Agencies can sign up for JobsLocator. You must be registered with the Ministry of Manpower. You have to provide the name of your agency and your agency license number when you sign up.


  3. Do I have to pay a fee to sign up for JobsLocator?

    There is no sign up fee. You will need to pay a fee, only when you post a job advertisement on JobsLocator.


  4. What are my responsibilities as an Employer/Employment Agency when using JobsLocator?

    You must use JobsLocator only for the purpose of filling job vacancies. You must agree with and comply with all the Terms and Conditions spelt out in the JobsLocator app.


  5. What information do I need to provide when I post a job advertisement?

    Placing a job advertisement in JobsLocator is simple and fast. You need to provide the job title, nature of the job (job description and job requirement), the job location and the salary. You may save the job as a draft for later posting.


  6. How do I pay to post a job advertisement?

    The posting of a job advertisement is for a standard period of 7 days. You will have to pay for the job advertisement using credits.

    Credits can be purchased within the app itself, using Credit Card or Paypal, at the rate of $0.50 per credit.


  7. How will I know when a Job Seeker has responded to my job ad?

    You will receive a notification. The details of the applicant can be found in the Applicants list.


  8. Can I delete a job advertisement before it expires?

    You may delete any advertisement made before it expires. However, there will be no refunds for the “unexpired� portion of the posting.


  9. Will my job advertisements be saved so that I may reuse them at a later date?

    Yes, your job advertisement will be saved for your later use, if required.


  10. Can I contact the Job Seeker directly after he has responded to my advertisement?

    Yes, you can contact the Job Seeker using the app to notify him or call him/her up directly.


  11. If the job applicant does not turn up for interview or take up the job offered, can I get help from you?

    You will have to communicate with the Job Seeker directly to resolve any outstanding issues.


  12. Will I be able to manage my JobsLocator account using my desktop, as well as my mobile?

    Yes, you will be able to manage all functions under your JobsLocator account using your desktop, as well as your mobile. You can access your JobsLocator account on your desktop using the JobsLocator website (www.jobslocator.sg). Just click on the “Employer� button.
